WFW #10 Old and Gray

Psalm 71:18 "Even when I am old and gray, do not forsake me, Oh God, till I declare your power to the next generation, your might to all who are to come."

A person is never too old to serve God, never too old to pray. Though age may stop us from certain /physical activities, it need not end our desire to tell others especially children about all we have seen God do in our many years of life.

I so longed to be a Caleb and be climbing mountains in my old age...and the Orthopedic surgeon placed his arm on my shoulder the other day and said it is rare to see someone your age with so many joint replacements and replacements needed and the associated problems.
My strength and my heart fail......I feel useless but He says God is the strength of my heart.
Maybe when I really do grey!!!!!! LOL

Such wonderful truths in God's precious scripture.

I'm SO thankful...for those in my life that are older..and serve as mentors. OH..how the body of Christ needs Godly women to serve as mentors to this younger generation.

    Blessings to you today.
    Kim~
