My entry for this week is "Fish Tinola". Now that I am 69 years old, I am now more conscious about the foods that I ate. Though I can eat everything but it's always good to eat foods which are low in cholesterol just like this one. It's also very healthy when you mixed it with green leafy vegetables.

I missed fish tinola too pero sometimes I cooked it kung may bangus ako dito and I have a plant na kamungay dire. Pero basta anything nga cooked with fish I missed it gyud kaayo.

i love fish tinola since my pangga told me how and when i tasted tinola in lapu-lapu city :(( theirs is better than mine. i cant get that taste.
