I could not recall when was this picture taken but I am sure this was a formal affair we attended with my late husband.

Hi Laurencita. To answer you question, a Harvest Festival is the alternative way to celebrate Halloween. Many churches here also do it as a way to reach the community. It's not about ghosts or goblins. We have worship music playing, games, and even candy.
