This is Calamay, one of the delicacies of Bohol, Philippines. It is mixed with grind coconut meat, sticky rice and sugar. This was our "pasalubong" from Manny, my son in law when he was in Bohol.For more yummy entries visit Bogie, Perfectly Blended.
