John 3:16 "God ..gave His one and only Son." Many people consider themselves Christian in a cultural contest, but there is a deep relationship that Jesus Christ made possible whereby you can have a personal encounter with God and know you belong to Him.
To become a Christian you must believe that Christ, God's son died in your place to pay the penalty of death for sin, which you earned and cannot pay..(Roman 6:23). It is not a matter of joining a church or doing this or that. It is accepting the fact that Christ became sin for you -- in a real and personal manner.

This was the 3rd year birthday celebration of Zboy, the son of my daughter, Mayette last October 25, 2007, which was held in Thailand, the place of residence of Love's family my youngest daughter. You see , we were in Thailand at that time for Lyle's birth (son of Love) . It was a costume party, so he was wearing a superman suit while Tricia, in a wonder woman suit. Tricia, for the first time she had worn that costume liked it so much that from then on she wore it always until she had overgrown the suit... Yes, we brought her costume from the Philippines thinking we might not find it in Thailand but to our amazement it was displayed in one of their malls with a cheaper price. lol!

John 8:12 "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.
Many know that God is there but don't know how to connect with Him. The connection of God is called faith, and faith is something you put or place in someone, not something you "work up". It is believing that the promise of God's Word have your name attached to them, that this marvelous God who sent His Son into our world knows your name, cares about you, and will respond to your heart cry.
A.W. Tozer, in his book "The Pursuit of God", wrote, "When we lift our inward eyes to gaze upon God we are sure to meet friendly eyes gazing back at us, for it is written that the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout all the earth."

This post will be about the 2nd wedding in our family. The wedding of my eldest and only son, Jinggoy.
The venue of Jinggoy,s wedding was at the grounds of Gardens of Malasag Eco-Tourism Village. The wedding ceremony started very early in the morning and it finished just in time for Sunrise. As expected, only close friends and close relatives were able to attend since the venue is a far distance from the city proper and there are no public transportation is available to go to the site. Those who attended either had their own vehicle or just hired a taxi very early in the morning. It was then we concluded that those who attended were really that close to the family and very sincere to witness the wedding ceremony since it takes a bit of sacrifice to wake up so early and go to the venue.
On the other hand, our family, Jeaneth's family (wife of Jinggoy), the members of the entourage and few of our relatives and friends stayed overnight in each in the of the cottages of Eco-Village. Indeed, it was a successful affair because everyone enjoyed the place.
Now Jinggoy and Jeaneth have 2 beautiful daughters ages 9 and 3. They are happily working and settled in Vietnam now.
This butter cake was given by my niece during the birthday of Zane, the daughter of Mayette. It looks like an ordinary butter cake but when they tasted, it was very yummy because my niece baked it with fresh milk and fresh butter as one of the ingredients.

Hebrews 12:13 "And make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed."
Having feet that are ready to share the Good News simply means you are ready for whatever opportunity presents. You are ready to face your enemy without limping or dragging. Which direction are your feet headed? When one points one direction and the other in the opposite direction, you have a split vote, which means you go nowhere. When you decide to serve God, you get your feet moving to His direction and make level paths for your feet.
