A Glimpse of a Widow 's Heart

Last May 2012 our church conducted DVBS (Daily Vacation Bible Studies) in our neighborhood
Barangays. It was amazing because the children who attended totaled more than a hundred. It was the first time that our DVBS reached that number of children. Indeed, it was surprising because for the past years there were only few children who were attending. To the point that leaders of the church had to persuade that parents to let their children attend the DVBS. And to think that the parents were hard to be convince because as they said, their children were already attending"Flores de Mayo" (a celebration here in the Philippines during the month of May) and so many other reasons.

But, this year DVBS was so inspiring and encouraging... Truly God works in a mysterious ways.
